• Ronaldo is a 4 year old purebred Connemara gelding, standing 14.2hh at present.
• He is a wonderful pony with a lovely and kind nature, he is easy to ride and should be suitable for novice, mother daughter share, riding school or pony club home.
• He is easy to ride with a soft snaffle mouth, he has three comfortable paces and is easy to ride into an outline.
• Ronaldo is a beautiful pony with a very pretty head, he has lovely and straight paces and is easy to work with, he should make an ideal pony for any discipline such as dressage, working hunter or jumping.

• He is honest and likes to jump, he is easy to ride into the fences, always with a soft mouth, he always wants to please and is a pleasure to ride.
• Ronaldo has jumped here up to 90 cm with a rider but proves his potential over the loose jump of 1.20m which he jumps with ease and plenty of scope. He has a good technique and a good hind end, he doesn’t want to touch the poles.
• He is a quiet and kind pony, he hacks out alone or in company, he is easy to shoe, box, catch, clip, ride and in traffic.
• Ronaldo is a purebred Connemara with fantastic bloodlines, his sire is Royal Atlantic Star who’s a son of Boden Park Finnard.

Boden Park Finnard carried the blood of many esteemed Connemara ponies, including Rebel, MacDara,Carna Bobby, Lavally Rebel, Finola of Leam, Flash Girl and Wise Sparrow.  The Thoroughbreds Little Heaven and Adventurewere in the mix too.  Quality, type, strength movement and perfect temperament were the result. He was an extremely popular stallion in Connemara and in his final year with Joe McNamara in 2000 he covered 106 mares.
